Refund policy

In-Stock Items

Returns are accepted on in-stock items up to 7 business days after purchase. Return item for full refund, store credit, or exchange. If you are not happy with an item, please contact us to arrange your return. Return the item new condition in original packing materials. When we recieve the item, we will send a full refund or you can choose store credit or exchange for another item.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Custom Orders

Due to the nature of custom orders, we do not offer returns of custom ordered instruments. We do our best to work with you to your satisfaction before, during, and after a purchase.
