Shipping Time
We ship most orders same business day when placed before 4:00 PM Eastern Time. Orders placed after 4:00 pm will be shipped next business day. By default, we ship either UPS or USPS for domestic destinations. We use either USPS or UPS for international shipments, depending on weight and size. If you have other shipping preferences, please contact us before ordering online. Expedited shipping is available. We do our best to keep shipping charges to a minimum. Virginia residents are subject to 5.3% sales tax, but otherwise we do not collect sales tax.
Shipping Damage
If an item is damaged when it reaches you, contact us immediately to describe the damage, and if possible review the damage to container with the delivery agent at the time of delivery to document the damage. Many issues are covered under warranty, and damage sustained from shipment is the responsibility of the shipping provider.
